Welcome to the Commercial Residential Framing website, home of HPC Services, Inc.  As the name of the website states, HPC Services is a commercial, residential and industrial framing company.  The HPC Team provides framing support for general contractors, homebuilders, construction companies, manufacturing companies and other types of contractors, businesses and individuals.

Demographically, the majority of projects supported are located in the Southeastern portion of the United States.  Some of the major metropolitan areas have been Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, Augusta, and Atlanta.  With the recent growth of the automobile industry and it's supplier base, the areas of Birmingham, Chattanooga and Knoxville are seeing construction activity. On an international level, HPC has provided framing and construction consulting on projects located in South America.

HPC Services constructs both wood (timber) and metal framing systems to architectural, structural, and civil designs. (Known as dry construction)  Framing support for masonry and concrete projects are also provided. (Known as wet construction)  Both dry and wet construction systems are used for home, steel buildings, building services, remodeling, expansions and additions. HPC Services internally has CAD capabilities to assist with project quoting and project updates.
